Our primary goal is to ensure that both children and adults feel safe and confident in the water. Following this, we aim for each of our swimmers to develop their own physical culture or a healthy lifestyle that they can sustain throughout their lives.Swimming serves as a powerful teacher, imparting the values of hard work, patience, and consistency in training to achieve positive results. We support our swimmers in their quest to be bold in pursuing their goals and along their journey. We firmly believe that anything is possible, inspiring our swimmers with the mantra:
"You can do it! Just keep trying until you succeed."
Coaches evaluate the emotional readiness, interest in swimming, and the child's ability to accept and follow instructions. They observe how children react to the new environment, the interactivity of lessons, and the ability to adapt to a structured training environment, which is key to successful learning.
This aspect includes not only the child's natural ability to stay afloat but also their confidence in the water. Children with good buoyancy are usually more receptive to learning swimming exercises and techniques, laying the foundation for further skill development.
The importance of this factor cannot be overstated. Children who can focus on tasks and instructions and maintain attention throughout the session achieve greater success. This applies to understanding swimming techniques as well as water safety.
Swimming often takes place in a group format, requiring children to work together, respect turns, and help each other. Developing social skills in such an environment helps children feel part of a team and contributes to their emotional and social growth.
A child's physical and psychological development plays a significant role in their ability to learn and perform exercises. Some children may be physically or cognitively more mature, allowing them to better adapt to the demands of sports training.
Early interaction with water helps reduce fear and build a positive attitude toward swimming. Regular visits to the pool for free play or participation in classes help children learn basic skills such as breathing, floating, and submerging, which later eases the transition to more structured training.
