As early as possible with parents, who should educate themselves how to introduce their kids to the water. Unfortunately, we don’t offer programs for kids younger than 4 years old. 6-7 years old is the most common age of kids, who start doing swimming on the regular basis. Children’s musculoskeletal system is usually mature and strong enough by this age to be able to deal with water resistance. Their focus is also much better than at younger age.

We recommend to start taking classes at our school when the child is 6-7 years old. Although we may accept younger kids (4 and up), who are able to float by themselves.

It’s very individual. Average it takes from 10 to 20 lessons with a break of a few days between them (not weeks or months) to learn how to be independent in the water. Although for kids with the fear of water or weak physical condition it may take longer.
